Health care in America and how to fix it

According to the U.S. Census Bureau there are roughly 45 million Americans without health insurance. If you are like me you think that number is way to high for America and we must figure out a way to lower that number. Many people have brought up their own ideas but to me they seem to be lacking in some areas. So i thought i would bring up mine. First of all i think we need to educate the public on programs already available to help get insurance i believe that educating the people could help lower the number of uninsured Americans. For the remaining uninsured the federal government should help them pay for their health insurance by creating a formula that similar to that of fafsa that determines how much some can afford to pay for health insurance based upon their expenses and their income and the federal government would help out with the rest of their health insurance costs.
